Q: How long to delivery the goods?
Answer: As for sample, we normally ship your order within 3-4 business days as soon as we confirm your sample charge is in our bank account. We ship the sample by express (DHL,UPS,FedEx,TNTetc.). As for mass order (above 100kg), we can ship it by air or by sea, the goods can arrive your local port in 4-7 business days by air,15-45 days by sea. If you have any questions you can contact us by email or by phone.

Q: How much are your shipping costs?
Answer: It depends on the size or weight of your order and where you are. Normally, shipping cost is between $5-$7/kg by air. Your specific cost will be calculated and shown to you when you complete your purchase. If for sample, for example, one sample 3.5KG is to German, the shipping cost is by DHL is USD75.

Q: How is your product price and MOQ?

Q: How is your payment term?

Q:Why can’t I hear the sound?

Answer: Check if the player is connected rightly. / Check if the volume is set up to the lowest tune. / Make sure to operate the TV or amplifier correctly.

Q:Why can’t I see the imager?

Answer: heck the CD is playing or not. / Check the player is connected felicitously. / Make sure you operate the TV properly.

Q:Why did the TV image in DVD player roll, and I can’t see any color?
Answer: Check the color system setup and see if it matches with that of the TV. /Press P/N button on the remote control to select the correct one

Q:Why my disc can’t be played

Answer: The disc is not the right position in the player. / Load the disc with the label side up on the disc tray. Clean the disc.

Q:Why the remote controller did not work
Answer: Remove the barrier which covered the IR sensor window. / Point the remote controller right towards the IR sensor receiving window of the player. / Check the battery is installed correctly or not. / Check the controller batteries if use up.
